The Strangers
Sunday, October 12th, 2008The tension buildup during the movie is incredible.
Some of the scenes are disturbing but not overly gory.
Liv Tyler does a convincing job of making you feel the fright and a lot of the acting is non-verbal.
Scott Speedman also does an excellent and believable job.
With todays crazy headlines, this is the kind of movie that you can actually imagine happening somewhere in this country in real life.
Trust me, at the end of this movie you will be double checking the locks on your doors and windows.
After returning from a wedding reception, a couple staying in an isolated vacation house receive a knock on the door in the mid-hours of the night.
What ensues is a violent invasion by three strangers, their faces hidden behind masks.
The couple find themselves in a violent struggle, in which they go beyond what either of them thought capable in order to survive.
make some noize at the jumps!!
