Earlier on this month we told you that Nero 8 was being launched and it will be out in the shops very soon.

This is a utility which works much in the same way as Microsoft System Restore with a difference. When you perform a FULL or COLD system restore (check our forum we are obsessed with system restores) you loose all your work as your computer has been restored back to factory settings, known as a virgin version of Windows.

Breaking NEWS: We have heard that Ahead, manufacturer of Nero products, are releasing Nero 8.

I have searched and as yet there is no downloadable version - its all marketing ploys, but Nero 8 is on its way - ExtraTorrent.com will update you as we hear more.

Ad-Aware has just had its definition file updated (This does happen every couple of days).

Ad-Aware 2007 is a small but powerful Anti-Spyware remover and is very easy to use, using the link below you can download the actual Ad-Aware 2007 Software package and then update it to the existing Definition File.

Definition File is what Ad-Aware 2007 uses to check the most updated versions of spyware is around and can remove it - if you are running Ad-Aware 2007 with an out-dated version of its Definition File - its not going to do anyone any good.

A bit like Anti-Virus removal software - you can only detect the recent viruses created with an updated or existing file definition.
